Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns (online orders only & excludes sale items) 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 28 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, you must notify us within 14 days that you would like to return your item(s) via email: contact@jessieandco.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return your item to us. Your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging and all tags must still be attached. You will need to send a copy of your original packing slip, along with the returns form filled in (both inside envelope in parcel). Due to hygiene reasons pierced earrings, tights and swimwear cannot be returned. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to go through.  Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.  This does not affect our statutory rights.

The 14 day period in which you need to notify us should you wish to make a return is as follows :-

Postal Orders - will be from the date the order was received by you

Click & Collect Orders - will be from the next working day after the order was placed.  Unfortunately if orders are not collected within the 14 day period (unless prior agreement has been arranged) then you will lost your right to return the order.  We can not be responsible for the length of time it takes for sometime to collect an order.    Orders not collected within 3 months from the date of order will be donated to charity.

 

Refunds (online orders only) 

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting them.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit hopefully the same day but this will depend on your card issuer’s policies.  We aim to process refunds within 14 of the item being returned.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
